Here you will find a variety of different Amazon sites in their own languages. Click on any of them and it will take you to what is currently selling the best. And the best thing it keeps you up to date so you won't be browsing what was good 8 months ago.
I had been thinking about doing this for some time and now I think it can be something useful.
You find the countries in English first and then language codes. If you want to switch currencies simply go to the upper right side and go to the language box and they have the currency converter in there.
